How LocalBizSaaS Evaluates Cleaning Business Software
LocalBizSaaS turns source-backed product information into consistent records for people comparing cleaning business software. This page explains what the published states mean, how pricing is handled, and which conclusions the data does not support.
What LocalBizSaaS evaluates
The current database focuses on software relevant to cleaning businesses. A product record begins with identity, vendor relationship, official URL, cleaning-industry positioning, and at least one supported business segment. Capability evidence is useful for comparison, but a missing capability value does not erase an otherwise valid product.
Business Fit records the cleaning segments and operating profiles supported by the available evidence. Coverage can be partial: a product may have evidence for residential cleaning without a verified commercial, franchise, or multi-location state. Published pages preserve that distinction rather than filling gaps with assumptions.
Product evidence
A product fact is published with references that identify the supporting source and the kind of fact being represented. Those references are retained through the website data flow so a capability or audience claim does not become detached from its product. Reference counts describe the retained evidence set; they are not review totals, popularity scores, or a measure of which vendor is better.
Product admission requires enough evidence to identify the product, connect it to its vendor and official website, establish a cleaning-industry position, and support at least one business segment. Other facts can remain Not verified. This allows the database to publish a valid but incomplete record without making unsupported claims to fill every field.
Business Fit
Business Fit describes the cleaning segments, company profiles, and service models present in the admitted evidence. It can help a residential cleaner, commercial operator, maid service, or multi-location business narrow a research set, but it is not a recommendation or compatibility guarantee.
The website displays only the supported fit values available for that product. A segment that is absent from the list is not automatically Not supported; it may simply be Not verified in the current evidence.
Official-source-first research
Research starts with official product, feature, industry, pricing, integration, help-center, and support documentation. Each retained reference stays connected to the product and fact it supports. Product evidence and pricing evidence remain separate so that a commercial fact cannot silently become a product capability.
The publishing flow moves from research to evidence records, validation, structured product or pricing records, a stable data artifact, and finally the website. Each stage narrows what can be published. The website consumes the validated output; it does not reconstruct facts from research notes or invent missing values.
How capability states should be read
Supported
The current product-specific evidence supports the capability. Where the data distinguishes a native feature, integration, or add-on, that distinction is retained.
Not supported
The current evidence explicitly supports an unavailable state. This label is not used merely because a feature page was difficult to find.
Not verified
The available evidence does not establish a definite value. Not verified is an open evidence state, not another way of saying No.
These states are product-specific and evidence-specific. They do not measure product quality, customer satisfaction, or whether a product is the right choice for every business.
Pricing evidence, freshness, and conflicts
Pricing is published through a separate validation path. Plan names, amounts, currency, billing period, constraints, trial conditions, regional scope, source references, and freshness are preserved when the source supports them. Starting-at prices stay starting-at prices. LocalBizSaaS does not convert currencies, annualize plans, estimate taxes, or merge regional prices into a supposed global amount.
Current pricing means the validated source set meets the present freshness rule. It is not a guarantee that a vendor cannot change a price after publication. When official sources show conflicting amounts for the same plan, billing scope, and region, the conflict must be explained by official evidence before structured pricing is published. An unresolved conflict keeps that product out of pricing-dependent comparisons, even when its product record remains valid.
Non-ranking order and commercial independence
Comparison and alternatives pages use stable, deterministic ordering. A product appearing first is not a winner, top pick, or editorial score. Inclusion depends on the applicable evidence and publication gate, not on subjective preference.
Affiliate information, when separately available, does not determine product inclusion, ordering, capability states, or pricing validation. LocalBizSaaS does not currently use affiliate calls to action on these pages. If commercial features are added later, they must remain separate from the evidence rules described here.
Limits and updates
The database reflects the evidence currently admitted and does not claim complete market coverage. Vendors can change features, positioning, integrations, and prices. A Not verified state may change when a suitable official source becomes available; a Supported state may also require review when the underlying source changes.
Use the published records as a traceable research starting point, then confirm time-sensitive details with the vendor before making a purchasing decision.
